Psychotherapy for adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, OCD, depression, and concerns related to eating and body image. Where clinical precision meets genuine care.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing psychotherapy to adolescents and adults. My practice focuses on the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and concerns related to self-esteem and body image.
My clinical training began at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, where I earned a doctorate in clinical psychology with a health emphasis, focusing on the intersection of psychological and physiological well-being.
Prior to establishing my private practice, I completed training across a range of inpatient and outpatient settings, including the New York-Presbyterian Westchester Eating Disorders Inpatient Unit, the Child & Family Institute, Center for Anxiety, and Ezra Medical Center.

This is an out-of-network practice and does not accept insurance directly. A detailed receipt (superbill) can be provided for submission to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan — we recommend contacting your insurance to inquire about out-of-network mental health benefits.
The length of treatment varies depending on each individual's needs and goals. We're happy to outline an expected course of therapy and provide a Good Faith Estimate (GFE), which details the anticipated costs of services before treatment begins.
